‼️ A recent (Dec 2025) Airbnb policy is to keep all communication within the app. Understandable. Throughout the years we have used text messages as the quickest way to communicate with our guests. Just feels like more random texts like, “hey, we are on Thames, should we go to Red Parrot or Surf Club” happen in a more spontaneous manner in a text. (also, we have a definitive answer on that question).
